Years ago, I jumped on the “whole foods” bandwagon with both feet and quickly jumped back off! Since then, I have gotten on and off the same bandwagon, and searched for the perfect diet. I’m not talking about a get skinny diet, but a diet that fuels my body best. The excuses, “too expensive,” “too hard,” and “no fun,” sometimes get me off track, but I always come back to this, because my conscience tells me to! This blog is how I’m keeping track of the GOOD I do, and what I’m learning.
